Your access codes are automatically sent via email on your arrival day.
Multiples reasons can explain why you didn’t receive your access codes:
– the email including your access codes has arrived in your Spam folder. Please check this folder before contacting us 🙂
– the email adress provided during the reservation differs from yours. Please contact the person that made the reservation on your behalf.
– you’ve made a reservation with an arrival date in less than 2 days; access codes are then sent after our team have thoroughly verified your reservation details. You’ll receive them on your arrival date at the latest.
– the reservation’s payment wasn’t successful
– you didn’t do your online check-in. See here why you have to proceed to your online check-in.
