Most of our Smartflats’ residences are entirely occupied by Smartflats.

A minor number of residences are occupied by both Smartflats guests and local renters.

As a general rule, we kindly (but firmly) ask you to be respectful of the neighbors during your stay, wether the neighbors are your fellow Smartflats’ guests or local inhabitants.
