YOU WILL

We are looking for a dynamic Intern to join our hospitality company. As the Sales Real Estate – Long Stay Intern, you will be in charge of :

  • Developing and retaining a portfolio of ‘long-stay’ customers made up of direct customers, companies, organizations and others.
  • You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, monitoring reservations and ensuring the customer satisfaction.
  • Prospect and identify sales opportunities in your geographic sector.
  • Learn how to present our products and services to potential and existing ‘long-stay’ customers.
  • Participate in establishing commercial offers adapted to customer needs.
  • Build customer loyalty and develop additional sales.
  • Carry out regular reporting of your activity.
WE REQUIRE
  • You are a Student in Business/Real Estate.
  • You are looking for an experience in sales.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and commercial skills.
  • You are autonomous, organized and rigorous.
  • You have a good knowledge of IT tools (CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • You are fluent in French and English; another language is a plus.
