Neighbourhood, location and benefits
The Louise / Toison d’Or neighbourhood is a very commercial district with many luxury shops. What’s more, those of Sablon are very close and those of the Dansaert district are 20 minutes away by public transport. On the other hand, the city centre is easily accessible thanks to the abundance of public transport, with the metro stations “Porte de Namur” and “Louise” nearby. The South and Central railway stations are respectively less than 10 minutes away and about 15 minutes by public transport.
The Louise district is teeming with things to do. It is a very lively district, especially with many museums, such as the famous Magritte Museum, the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium, or the Museum of Musical Instruments.
Do you rather want to relax in front of a movie? Then, go to the UGC Toison d’Or and Vendôme cinemas in the area. Later, after your movie, there’s nothing like being able to linger over a great meal. Many famous restaurants such as “Les petits oignons”, “Todt’s café”, or “L’Atelier de Jean” open their doors for you.
